Messaging Opt-In Process Description
Web Form Opt-In
- Customers provide their phone number and must check a consent box.
- Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy are linked on the form.
- Form cannot be submitted unless opt-in is selected.
Keyword SMS Opt-In
- Customers text a keyword (e.g., “BITS”) to 888-824-8765.
- They receive an automated confirmation message, along with STOP/HELP instructions.
Paper Form Opt-In
- Customer signs a paper authorization form that includes our Data Sharing Policy and SMS Terms.
Verbal Opt-In
- Only for appointment, installation, or customer-service updates.
- No promotional messages are ever sent under verbal consent.
How Customers Agree or Decline Messaging
Agree:
- Checking the web form opt-in box
- Signing the paper form
- Sending the keyword to the toll-free number
- Verbally consenting for service updates
Decline:
- Leaving the opt-in box unchecked
- Choosing not to sign the paper form
- Not texting the keyword
- Verbally declining

We honor all opt-outs immediately and remove numbers from all messaging lists.
Messaging Data Sharing Policy

- Any other references to data sharing in our policies do not apply to mobile opt-in data.
